THE PRACTICE OF YOGA

You know yoga through the practice of yoga.  We give you the chance to practice.  We will help you gain a structured understanding of your practice, to be in touch with yourself, more relaxed, more appreciative, calm.  It will strengthen your experience of compassion, nonviolence, forgiveness, endurance and concentration.  You will lose less of your precious human life to talkativeness, stress, confusion, over-eating and seeking to avoid loneliness through the company of other people.   We can help you move into a meditation practice and find your unique calling in life (your Svadharma).

If you want to practice yoga, bring your yoga mat.  Bring yourself, your concentration, your will power and your intention.  Create the attitudes of courage, daring, perseverance, trust and contentedness.

Bring these to the session, and take away with you purification, balance, clarity and true knowledge.

You are welcome to come and practice. Forget about your schedule, your finances, your relationships.  It is yoga for yoga.  You are here on your yoga mat.  Watch your breath.  Be in touch with the flow of energy (prana) in your body.
